Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama publicly illustrated the new digital platform named Pasqyra Albania, a tool designed to change relations between the population and state offices. According to broadcaster RTSH, the initiative was developed in collaboration with the National Agency for the Information Society to counter procedural delays within public administration.

The tool allows citizens to consult the progress of public works and investments in the territory. The head of government stated that users will be able to verify directly whether specific interventions are active, postponed, or suspended, providing a direct information channel aimed at clarifying imprecise or partial news disseminated through non-institutional channels.

An additional section, named Kupto, gathers resolutions and measures approved by municipal councils, archived since last September. The system integrates a virtual assistant programmed to summarize the most recent municipal documents, facilitating the consultation of local regulatory texts by residents interested in territorial decisions.

By logging in with public services portal credentials, each user can check their applications and submitted complaints, tracking them similarly to a postal shipment. Should the legal deadlines be exceeded, the system sends a notification with a unique code, activating internal alerts for the management responsible for the responses.
