The Albanian government intends to continue the path of modernizing institutions through the implementation of new technological functions on the national institutional portal. Public broadcaster RTSH reported that Prime Minister Edi Rama presented the updates dedicated to e-Albania's digital services, highlighting the role attributed to the Diella tool in the renewal of local administration.

According to statements by the head of the executive, the entire IT transition plan aims to significantly increase the efficiency of public offices, streamlining daily communications between institutions and the population. The initiative aims to facilitate access to official documents, reducing the bureaucratic steps previously required to complete routine administrative applications.

During the conference, Rama announced that Diella will benefit from additional operational tools over the coming months, leveraging solutions related to artificial intelligence. The institutional representative invited citizens to download the application onto their devices, so as to directly explore the innovations introduced in the digital management of public services.

The e-Albania platform continues to represent the main pivot of the government's strategy for the dematerialization of routine bureaucratic procedures. As emphasized during the official presentation, extending the virtual assistant's capabilities promises to speed up user interactions, enabling the direct provision of multiple administrative services without resorting to the customary procedures required so far.
